Hal itu diungkapkan oleh Kadiv Humas Mabes Polri Irjen Pol Abu Bakar Nataprawira saat dihubungi detikhot di ponselnya, Jumat (26/12/2008). Menurutnya, yang paling utama saat ini adalah mencari siapa yang mengedarkan serta menyebarluaskan foto-foto tersebut.

“Siapa yang ngedarin, dia yang dipidanakan dulu,” tegas Abu Bakar.

Abu Bakar juga berujar bahwa unsur kelalaian mungkin saja ada dalam kasus menyebarnya foto-foto itu. namun menurutnya hal itu bukanlah hal yang utama untuk diselidiki.
